We want you to be satisfied with every order from Kwaapons. Because we sell alcoholic beverages, some restrictions apply to returns for health, safety, and legal reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs where applicable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products where the seal has been opened or broken (unless faulty).
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
- Products returned without prior contact and approval.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at info@kwaapons.com or +233 55 449 6603 with your order number and details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
